1、開機前的準備：開機前查看清洗機各部位螺釘、螺母是否有松動現象，泵偏疼軸箱內已加入30#或40#機油，需查看油位(正好漫過油鏡為益)；

　　1. Preparation before starting up: Before starting up, check whether the screws and nuts at each part of the washer are loose. The pump is fond of adding 30 # or 40 # engine oil into the axle box, and check the oil level (it is beneficial to just overflow the oil mirror);

　　2、進水管連接：將進水膠管套在泵體的進水口接頭上，然后套上喉卡，擰緊喉卡上的螺釘，保證連接牢固且不漏氣。然后按水源的情況將另一端套在自來水上或放入供水池中(進水口必須浸入水中)，進水管要求安裝過濾器，以免吸入的雜質損壞高壓泵；

　　2. Water inlet pipe connection: put the water inlet rubber pipe on the water inlet joint of the pump body, then put on the throat clamp, and tighten the screw on the throat clamp to ensure that the connection is firm and air tight. The other end shall be sleeved on the tap water or put into the water supply pool according to the water source condition (the water inlet must be immersed in water). The inlet pipe shall be equipped with a filter to prevent the impurities inhaled from damaging the high-pressure pump;

　　3、出水管連接：把高壓膠管的刺進接頭端與機具出水口上的快換接頭相連；另一端與噴閥上的螺紋接頭相連。接法參見結構圖(快換接頭的接法：只要把滾花套筒向后推，再把接頭往里推平即可)。注意：高壓水管不能絞結，盡量延展、拉直；

　　3. Water outlet pipe connection: connect the piercing connector end of the high-pressure rubber pipe with the quick change connector on the water outlet of the machine tool; The other end is connected with the threaded joint on the spray valve. Refer to the structure drawing for connection method (connection method of quick change connector: just push the knurled sleeve backward and then push the connector inward). Note: High pressure water pipe shall not be twisted, and shall be stretched and straightened as far as possible;

　　4、電源連接：要確定電源電壓與標牌規則相一致，清洗機所采用的固定電源的連接應由人員進行，并應符合GB/T16895的要求。如果使用延伸電源線，插頭和插座應是防水結構的。連接插座時，必須將清洗機的開關定在“關”的位置；

　　4. Power connection: make sure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the label rules. The connection of the fixed power supply used by the cleaning machine should be carried out by personnel and should meet the requirements of GB/T16895. If the extended power cord is used, the plug and socket shall be of waterproof structure. When connecting the socket, the switch of the cleaning machine must be set at the "off" position;

　　5、可更換式噴頭：本機噴桿可通過更換噴頭調節噴出水流，短噴頭為圓孔束狀水流，長桿為扇形水流；

　　5. Replaceable sprinkler head: the spray bar of this machine can adjust the water flow by changing the sprinkler head. The short sprinkler head is circular hole bundle water flow, and the long rod is fan water flow;

　　6、啟動機器：查看進水管與出水高壓管已經連接可靠，電源插座接好，就可以接通電源，扣動噴桿的拉手，待機具內的空氣排凈后，即可有高壓水噴出。使用時，空氣排放較慢，可先將出水高壓管取下，待出水接頭處有水噴出已無氣體時關機，由快速接頭處接上高壓管，再重新開機使用。

　　6. Start the machine: check that the water inlet pipe and the water outlet high-pressure pipe have been connected reliably, the power can be connected after the power socket is connected, the handle of the spray bar can be pulled, and high-pressure water can be sprayed out after the air in the tool is completely discharged. When in use, the air discharge is slow. Take down the high pressure water outlet pipe first. When there is water at the outlet connector and there is no gas, shut down the machine. Connect the high pressure pipe at the quick connector and restart the machine for use.
