軸承的清潔度是軸承質(zhì)量的一項重要考核指標(biāo),必須由生產(chǎn)過程的清洗質(zhì)量來保證。清洗質(zhì)量的提高,既需要嚴(yán)格的生產(chǎn)管理,又需要應(yīng)用的清洗技術(shù)來滿足產(chǎn)品的清潔要求。目前軸承行業(yè)中,軸承清洗的方式主要是以汽油或煤油作清洗介質(zhì)的噴淋清洗。這種方式不僅成本高、勞動強度大、生產(chǎn)效率低,而且安全性差,更重要的是這種清洗方式很難達(dá)到軸承清潔度要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。尋求更安全、更經(jīng)濟、更高效的清洗方式,對軸承成品的清洗具有重要意義。

軸承零件的常規(guī)清洗方法有刷洗、浸洗、噴淋清洗或高壓噴洗等,相關(guān)的因素主要是有清洗液的性能及使用要求、工件的結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸、重量和材料以及批量大小、清洗作業(yè)場所的勞動安全及環(huán)保要求等。但對清潔度要求甚高的軸承而言,這些清洗方法的效果都不夠理想,而超聲波清洗作為一種優(yōu)良的新工藝,已在軸承行業(yè)越來越得到重視。

The relevant factors are mainly the performance and use requirements of cleaning fluid, the structure, size, weight, material and batch size of workpiece, labor safety and environmental protection requirements of cleaning workplace, etc. However, for bearings with high cleanliness requirements, the effect of these cleaning methods is not ideal, and ultrasonic cleaning, as an excellent new process, has been paid more and more attention in the bearing industry.

滾動軸承的清潔度對它的振動、嗓聲、異音和使用壽命有很大影響。尤其在小型低嗓聲深溝球軸承的生產(chǎn)中,提高清潔度是解決軸承嗓聲、異音的關(guān)鍵之一,所以清洗工序是十分重要的一環(huán)。軸承清洗在生產(chǎn)過程中一般分為兩步即在裝配前的零件(套圈、鋼球、保持器等)清洗和裝配鉚合后的成品清洗。 決定清洗效果的三要素:清洗介質(zhì)(清洗液)、清洗工藝和清洗裝置。

就軸承成品清洗工藝和清洗裝置,基于清洗系統(tǒng)設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)和實際需求,確定了以超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗為清洗方式的軸承成品典型清洗工藝流程:退磁→初噴淋→超聲波清洗→精噴淋→風(fēng)刀吹凈→二次吹凈→熱風(fēng)烘干。
Based on the design basis and actual requirements of the cleaning system, the typical cleaning process of bearing finished products by ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning is determined: demagnetization → primary spraying → ultrasonic cleaning → fine spraying → air knife blowing → secondary blowing → hot air drying.
根據(jù)清洗工藝流程,清洗裝置的機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計采用機械臂手由PLC的控制系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了裝置的手動及全自動控制,不需要隨軸承大小改變作調(diào)整的定位裝置,實現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確定位。在超聲清洗、精噴淋和二次吹凈三個主要的清洗工位,設(shè)計了旋轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu),保證了清洗的充分性。
According to the cleaning process, the mechanical structure design of the cleaning device adopts the manipulator and the PLC control system to realize the manual and full-automatic control of the device. There is no need to adjust the positioning device with the change of bearing size to realize accurate positioning.
