Check whether the air plug extracted from the cleaning tank can be closely connected with the socket of the card lag (whether the connecting thread can be tightened). If the cleaning tank is equipped with a blowdown valve, the state of the blowdown valve must be adjusted to the closed state.

選擇的清洗液注入清洗槽（由用戶提供），液位根據(jù)被清洗工件而定。

注意：清洗液必須超過超聲波振動板。如果超聲波振動板暴露在空氣中，沒有傳播介質(zhì)的超聲波振動板會很快損壞。這種損壞很難修理，只能用振動板來更換。因此，我們強烈主張用戶注入的清洗液應超過超聲波振動板。至少5厘米以上，如果清洗槽內(nèi)有加熱裝置，那么液體深度必須超過加熱管上方5厘米，并根據(jù)液體蒸發(fā)的程度，在緊急情況下停止補充液體。

Note: the cleaning fluid must exceed the ultrasonic vibration plate. If the ultrasonic vibration plate is exposed to the air, the ultrasonic vibration plate without transmission medium will be damaged quickly. This damage is difficult to repair and can only be replaced with a vibrating plate. Plug the power cord plug behind the full-automatic gantry arm cleaning line into the power socket with voltage of 220 v. Move the seesaw switch on the front panel of the ultrasonic generator to the open position. At this time, the ultrasonic began to work. The ammeter on the panel indicates the working current of ultrasonic. The operator should be able to hear the noise from the cleaning tank and treat the liquid in the cleaning tank as boiling water.

注意：不要把手伸進清洗液中。如果不小心將清洗液濺到皮膚或眼睛上，必須根據(jù)不同的清洗液采取相應的措施。因此，操作人員必須了解清洗介質(zhì)的化學特性和相應的意外處置措施。

Note: do not put your hand into the cleaning fluid. If the cleaning solution is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, corresponding measures must be taken according to different cleaning solutions. Therefore, the operator must understand the chemical characteristics of the cleaning medium and the corresponding accidental disposal measures.

清洗槽裝有加熱裝置時，請先打開加熱功能。待清洗液溫度升至規(guī)定值后，將待清洗工件放入清洗槽中，打開超聲波。因為超聲波介質(zhì)在加熱條件下通常能達到較好的清洗效果。

When the cleaning tank is equipped with a heating device, please turn on the heating function first. After the temperature of the cleaning solution rises to the specified value, put the workpiece to be cleaned into the cleaning tank and turn on the ultrasonic. Because ultrasonic medium can usually achieve better cleaning effect under heating conditions.
