超聲波清洗機清洗的辦法有哪些？

　　1．參照超聲波清洗機安裝說明書連接清洗機的電控柜與主機間的溫控傳感器信號線、超聲驅動線、加熱器控制線等線路，并接通380VAC電源，安裝清洗機的上水管、放水管與溢流排放管。

　　啟動電控加熱開關，將水溫調節旋鈕上的白色刻度線指向適當的溫度（應為60℃左右）。清洗機在使用過程中，清洗劑的最高溫度不應超過70℃。

　　待水溫升至40℃左右時，將UC-O3零部件清洗劑加入清洗池中（一般一次5kg左右），徐徐攪動清水使其充分溶解（此時亦可啟動超聲波或開啟鼓氣裝置進行攪拌）。
