The cleaning process of the pass through spray cleaning equipment is automatically controlled by PLC, and the equipment is composed of a spray cleaning room, a liquid storage tank, a circulating filtration system, a heating system, a water shearing system, an oil removal system, and a drying system. Its working principle is to impact the surface of the workpiece through high-pressure water spraying and combine the chemical decontamination, oil removal and water cutting capabilities of the cleaning agent to make the workpiece clean.

工作過程是操作者將工件直接放置到設(shè)備的傳動網(wǎng)鏈上;開啟設(shè)備，工作方式選擇自動運(yùn)行，直到下料，此即完成一個工作循環(huán)進(jìn)入下一工作循環(huán)，連續(xù)進(jìn)行。

設(shè)備主要由自動輸送鏈、噴洗室、噴淋系統(tǒng)、除油裝置、過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、切水系統(tǒng)、烘干系統(tǒng)及電器控制系統(tǒng)等組成。

噴淋系統(tǒng)：噴淋清洗共兩套，一道采用藥劑噴淋清洗，二道采用噴淋漂洗，三道采用噴淋漂洗、四道采用噴淋漂洗，五道采用噴淋防銹、內(nèi)腔設(shè)噴管，噴管上設(shè)不銹鋼噴嘴，上下噴淋管噴嘴間錯布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗區(qū)域確保工件清洗時無噴淋盲區(qū)，保證工件清洗的潔凈度。

Spray system: there are two sets of spray cleaning, one is chemical spray cleaning, the other is spray rinsing, the third is spray rinsing, the fourth is spray rinsing, the fifth is spray rust prevention, the inner chamber is equipped with spray pipes, the spray pipes are equipped with stainless steel nozzles, and the nozzles of the upper and lower spray pipes are arranged in a staggered way, so that the workpiece can be cleaned in all aspects in the cleaning area to ensure that there is no spray blind area during workpiece cleaning, and to ensure the cleanliness of workpiece cleaning.

除油裝置：由于前清洗工位的處理量較大，所以清洗液中的含油量較多，為了防止排水中含油量過大，此工位設(shè)有除油系統(tǒng)。

Oil removal device: because the treatment capacity of the front cleaning station is large, the oil content in the cleaning solution is large. To prevent excessive oil content in the drainage, the station is equipped with an oil removal system.

過濾循環(huán)系統(tǒng)：循環(huán)過濾槽內(nèi)清洗劑，提高清洗效果。采用袋式過濾器。

Filtering and circulating system: circulating the cleaning agent in the filtering tank to improve the cleaning effect. Bag filter is used.

切水系統(tǒng)：切水腔內(nèi)單獨(dú)排放到總排水管中，在進(jìn)料和出料外設(shè)有隔離段，防止水霧互竄;前后部設(shè)可拆式檢修窗，以便于設(shè)備檢修和清理。

Shearing water system: the shearing water chamber is separately discharged into the main drain pipe, and an isolation section is set outside the feeding and discharging to prevent water mist from channeling; Removable access windows are set at the front and rear to facilitate equipment maintenance and cleaning.

抽氣系統(tǒng)：各個噴淋與風(fēng)切段都在側(cè)面開有抽氣孔連接主管，主管前端配置有除霧塔內(nèi)裝拉西環(huán)，配備離心風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行抽氣

電器控制系統(tǒng)：獨(dú)立控制柜，內(nèi)裝PLC可編程控制器、變頻器、接觸器等主令電器控制元件，選用進(jìn)口名牌元器件組裝，性能穩(wěn)定、可靠，使用壽命長。
